Service & Maintenance Agreement

 
 

CCS offers an array of on-site support services, maintenance and administration agreements that provide your network with point to point coverage. We offer SLA's (service level agreements) that are designed to provide maximum coverage for minimum cost. This form of quality control insures that "what is on your network stays on your network.” We also provide service documentation to the client at no additional charge. This documentation remains "On Site". This way, you know exactly what tasks our consultants perform on your network.

We invite and encourage you to contact your current service provider or our competitors and compare similar pricing models.

 

Computer Consulting & Services offers 2 different types of service contracts:

Prepaid Block of Hours Service Plan
The Full Service with Service level Agreement (SLA) plan is a prepaid block of hours that you can use however you wish. As you need support, we will deduct hours from your pool of available hours. These hours can be used for any CCS Service, whether it is for Information Technology, Software Development, Phone System Programming or any other service CCS offers.

Prepaid Annual Service Plan
The Annual Contract Plan with Service Level Agreement (SLA) consists of prepaid monthly service hours used for technical support and monthly maintenance. This plan is ideal for giving your employees technical support as well as having your network maintained on a monthly basis.

CCS adds a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to contract customers to assure prompt timely service, and get you network or work station up and productive again. SLA plans are negotiable at time of contract in 1 hour, 4 hours and 24 hour time periods.
